happy august!

work is nuts but i enjoyed my day off on monday with beth at six flags. rob didnt go and he was very much missed. and then at night beth and i went to outback and ate way too much food. it was awesome. im spending my day at ikea tomorrow and if i cant find a good tv stand/dresser, bj suggested that we could build one. im contemplating this possibility, even tho i have no idea how to put drawers in something. im sure bj does tho. hmm... anyhoo, so i have a whole shitload of things to do before i move back and im going to list them here so that i have motivation (yours) to actually get it all done. here goes...

1. place all cds/dvds back into cases
2. quit job
3. buy bed
4. pack up all books/cookbooks
5. make a list of everything im taking from my room at home and then try to shorten list by at least 1/4 of it
6. pack all desk supplies
7. pick artwork
8. pack clothes (fall and winter)
9. figure out what clothes i need to buy
10. buy awesome coffee maker
11. buy mirror
12. get boxes to pack with
13. buy web cams for me and jay
14. convince dad to buy me a new comp
15. obsess over this list constantly until all things are completed, including the ones which arent on this yet cuz im too tired to realize i need to do them

ok, thats not so bad. k, bedtime for me. oh! before i go. i just wanted to say thank you to all of you have made my summer a bit more bearable. a shoutout goes to beth, rob, my kp girls, and the fpc crew, but also, extra specially, jam and megs. if it wasnt for the two of them, i would have lost my mind missing jay this summer and i would have had an even worse summer. but these girls were here every step of the way and now in only 4 and a half more weeks we'll be partying together again. yay! oh, and then we can play fpc alcohol land cuz i finally started it, this shit is gonna be crazy. haha. k, now its really bedtime. night everyone...
